Fees:
$25.00 per hour – 4 hour minimum.
Organizational supplies will be the clients cost.

Notary Public - Anisa McCarty is a registered Notary Public in the State of Texas. The following are the services provided and the pricing. Please email info@mccartybmx.com or call (832) 413-1808 should you need these services.

1. Protesting a bill or note for non-acceptance or non-payment, register and seal – $4.00

2. Each notice of protest – $1.00

3. Protesting in all other cases – $4.00

4. Certificate and seal to a protest – $4.00

5. Taking the acknowledgment or proof of any deed or other instrument in writing, for registration, including certificate and seal

a. For the first signature – $6.00

b. For each additional signature – $1.00

6. Administering an oath or affirmation with certificate and seal – $6.00

7. All certificates under seal not otherwise provided for – $6.00

8. Copies of all records and papers in their office, for each page – $0.50

9. All other notarial acts not provided for – $6.00
